Visit points are earned by scanning a Partner QR at table, bar, or entrance — QR only, per venue, per calendar day.

Spend & staff tracking

Venue trophies
Every Partner visit unlocks a trophy on your profile — a visual record of Harties favourites you've discovered. Check-ins and visit records both count toward your trophy grid in the app.
Reward rules — fair for guests and venues
- Venue pays on redemption only — not on every app user who walks in.
- No blanket discount — there is no standing "5% off for Dam Bites users."
- Redemptions are expected to be rare; staff honour the digital reward when a guest actually redeems.
- Points build habit and return visits — not automatic markdown on your bill.
